Questions buyers and exporters ask us
What does an import-export trading house do?
We stand between buyer and seller and manage the whole transaction: finding the product, negotiating, contracting, loading, shipping, insurance and customs clearance until the goods reach the buyer.
Which countries do you work with?
Our main routes cover the European Union, the Black Sea region, Africa, China and Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. If your market isn't listed, ask anyway.
Is there a minimum order?
We mostly handle bulk and container volumes. Send us your quantity and we'll tell you straight away if it makes sense to ship.
Can you help me export my products?
Yes. We represent manufacturers abroad, find buyers, attend trade fairs on your behalf and handle logistics and documents for the shipments.
How much do your services cost?
The first offer is free. After that it depends on the product, volume and route. You'll see every cost in the quote before you sign anything.
